Terms of Use

Poslovno is an app for learning foreign-language words and the poslovno.app website. The service is provided by the developer of the Poslovno app (referred to below as “we”).

By installing the app or using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

An account is optional; the app works fully without signing in. Sign-in with Apple or Google is used only to move your progress to another device and preserve it after reinstalling the app.

• You are responsible for access to your Apple or Google account.
• You can delete the account in the app under Settings → Account → “Delete account.” Its data is deleted from the server immediately.
• We may restrict access to an account if these terms are breached or someone attempts to harm the service.

• Premium is available for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The price and billing period are shown in the app in your currency before you confirm the purchase.
• Eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, a paid period begins at the price of the plan you chose.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period until you cancel it. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can cancel or manage the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• The app store processes payment, so refunds follow Apple or Google rules. We cannot issue a refund ourselves, but we can help you investigate; email support@poslovno.app.
• When you purchase a subscription, any unused part of the current free period is forfeited as required by the stores’ rules.
• Prices may change. We will notify you in advance about a price change for an active subscription, and you will be able to decline it.

Without a subscription, you can use one batch of words per day, a daily goal of up to 10 words, the “Basics”, “Communication” and “Food” topics, and the full seven-stage learning pipeline. You can keep learning for free for as long as you like.

Premium keeps the same limit of one batch of words per day. The player, brainstorm, all eight topics, and goals of 20 and 30 words are included in Premium. Plan features may change; we will announce material changes in the app.

The app, design, text, audio and vocabulary database belong to us and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for language learning.

You may not copy or export the vocabulary database in full, decompile the app, sell access to it, or use its materials in commercial products without our written consent.

• Do not bypass free-version limits or falsify subscription status.
• Do not disrupt the service; bulk automated requests to our API are prohibited.
• Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or data.
• If a breach is confirmed, we may restrict or terminate access, and the paid period will not be refunded.

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep the app functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted sync availability or promise that studying will lead to a particular level of language proficiency; your results depend on you.

We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. Where the law permits limits on liability, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the previous 12 months.

We may change these terms; a new version will be published on this page with a new date. By continuing to use the service after publication, you accept the changes. If you do not agree, cancel the subscription and delete the app.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is located. This does not deprive you of the protection provided by mandatory laws in your country of habitual residence.
